1. Launch Microsoft Office Outlook 2. Click Tools on the top menu and click Account Settings. 3. Select the E-mail tab, and then click New. 4. Enter the Rogers email settings as follow: Your Name: Your Email address: Account Type : POP 3 Incoming Mail server : pop.broadband.rogers.com 5. Click More Settings 6. Click on Outgoing Server tab and check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". 7. Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" (Default) 8. Click on the Advanced tab and change the port number of Outgoing server (SMTP) to 587, then click OK 9. Click Finish

Uncheck “Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Authentication should be set to: Password. Enter the user name in the field (without @rogers.com). Enter your Rogers mail password. Click OK. Click the Advanced tab. Make sure your Port is set to: 110. Uncheck the “Use SSL” box. Authentication should be set to: Password. Done!
